Subcontracting requires sound workmanship and an ability to work within the main contractor’s organisation. Başoğlu Grup provides execution support by considering defined work packages alongside the overall programme and the working arrangements on site.

Technical scope, material supply, equipment needs, quantities and responsibility boundaries are key topics at the outset. We place emphasis on clarifying these points before execution, coordinating with other teams and aligning the sequence of work with the wider project.

The work packages and engagement model are determined by project requirements. For support on an active site or a package that is about to begin, we review the current situation, intended timeframe and practical execution conditions together.

Main contractors and project representatives can contact us with a work schedule, approximate quantities, location and planned start period. We can then discuss labour, materials and organisational responsibilities to define an appropriate scope.
