Successful contracting begins with a sound understanding of expectations and clearly defined responsibilities. Başoğlu Grup considers project documentation, technical conditions and the realities of the site together when preparing a proposal and planning execution.

The work packages included, material specifications, responsibilities of each party and intended schedule form the basis of our discussions. We aim to identify uncertainties before work begins, maintain open communication and assess changes together as the project progresses.

Continuity between planning and execution

We consider procurement, work sequencing and other activities on site as connected parts of the contracting process. Decisions made at one stage are reviewed for their impact on subsequent work, with an emphasis on keeping execution aligned with the wider project.

To prepare a proposal, it helps to share the project location, current drawings, quantities or a work schedule, available specifications and your timing expectations. If the documentation is still developing, an initial discussion can help identify the information needed to move forward.
