Project overview

A residence is more than its outward appearance. Everyday life, the relationships between spaces and the technical infrastructure behind them all belong to the same whole. This is how we present Casa Blanco in our portfolio: a residential project where an architectural vision meets the responsibility of execution.

Başoğlu Grup’s role: main contracting and project contributions.

Başoğlu Grup served as main contractor for Casa Blanco in Manavgat, Antalya. Başoğlu Grup’s credited scope also includes interior, execution, mechanical and electrical projects.

For us, a project presentation should explain more than the finished building. It should make our involvement clear: the work we contributed and the responsibilities we undertook.

Area and construction period

The residence has a total construction area of 318 m² on a 613 m² plot. Construction took place in 2024–2025. Casa Blanco is part of Başoğlu Grup’s completed residential portfolio.
